1646. Artists' initiative based in Den Haag (The Hague), The Netherlands, active for over 15 years. Presently run by Clara Palli Monguilod, Johan Gustavsson, Floris Kruidenberg and Nico Feragnoli.

RESIDENCY APPLICATIONS

1646’s resdiencies offer artists the possibility to stay and work in The Hague for a period up to two months. Applications submitted will first go through a selection by a committee. For each residency, 1646 will provide accomodation and a working budget.

Applications can be submitted the whole year through and there are no deadlines, accordingly the residency periods are flexible.
